DEFECTIVE RETURNS We will accept and process a return due to defectiveness for any item bought via our website within 10 days of delivery of the item, no receipt for the original purchase is necessary. Credit will be issued for the full value of the original purchase. We will accept Defective returns within 10 days of delivery on CREATE YOUR OWN and monogrammed items, but for these returns you may be asked to provide a pic of the defect.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS Razor Sharp Image will accept returns for non- monogrammed preference related issues for items bought online for up to 10 days from delivery. Item must be returned to us for refund. If the item(s) are postmarked within 10 days of delivery, credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase price, not including shipping costs. 20% restocking fee is applied. 50% restocking fee is applied to orders over $100.00 PLEASE PURCHASE RESPONSIBLY- if you have a large order, best to order one and make sure you like it.
