WHAT MATERIAL IS USED IN MAKING THE APRONS? ANSWER: POLY/NYLON BLEND
POLY NYLON DESCRIPTION
+extremely strong.
+silky feeling like a cutting cape but a bit thicker
+lightweight but strong like an umbrella, tent, hammock, puffy jacket
+hair slides off
+NOT PLASTICY
+NOT VINYL- NOT LIKE A RAINCOAT
+chemical resistant
+does not stretch
+does not shrink
+does not fade
+wrinkle resistant
+moisture repellant
+quick drying (hydrophobic)
+mildew resistant
+abrasion resistant

+machine dryable
+++Why??? Because polyester/nylon is actually very tiny, fine strings of plastic woven together with nylon in such a way that it takes on the feel of fine silky fabric. Pretty cool.
Polyester retains its shape and hence is good for making outdoor clothing for harsh climates. It is easily washed and dried.

Polyester care tips
Taking care of polyester clothing is really easy and very time efficient.
Polyester clothing can be machine washed and dried. Adding a fabric softener generally helps.
Dry the fabric at low temperatures to get maximum usage from the clothing.
Though polyester does not require much ironing, if you must then iron warm.
Polyester can be dry-cleaned with no hassles.
ARE THE APRONS VINYL?
Our Stylist Aprons are made of a double layer of chemically treated technologically engineered fabric. OUR APRONS ARE NOT VINYL or PLASTIC
WILL HAIR COLOR STAIN MY SALON APRON?
Hair color comes right out of the cosmetology apron with a little soap, warm water and small brush.
ARE THEY WATERPROOF?
Our hair salon aprons are made of Silkarah, which is naturally water repellant- much like an umbrella. They are also silicone coated. They do not waterproof like plastic, but they are waterproof ENOUGH to keep you dry at the shampoo bowl. In summary, they are a bit more waterproof than a cutting cape.
WILL HAIR SLIDE OFF OF MY APRON EASILY?
Hair will not stick to the stylist apron
CAN I WASH IN THE WASHING MACHINE?This salon apron is WASHING MACHINE SAFE.
